How can I place an order from the website?
Firstly, you can customize and add to shopping cart any product that is best fit for you. Later on the checkout page for fast order, it is up to you register online and create a free account.
How can I submit my files?
When you need to submit your files, it is a can of corn on printnowusa. You simply upload your print-ready files of your desired product on the relevant section of the page.
What types of file formats do you support for orders?
We work with the most recognized applications and file formats including Acrobat (.pdf), Illustrator (.ai) and Photoshop (.psd). You can easily find and download these file formats as templates of your print-ready file.
What is the maximum file size that I am able to upload?
Maximum file size that you can smoothly upload at one time is 100 MB (megabytes) per file. If your file size is larger than 100 MB, you can upload the file on WeTranfer and share the link with us.
What are the methods of payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Please note that we do not accept checks.
What does reupload mean ? Where am I supposed to reupload?
In case there is a problem with your uploaded file, we send you a reupload link. You should reopload your files so that we can make sure they are ready for print. The email we submit will contain reupload link that updates your account with the new files automatically.
When does my credit card get charged?
We are going to charge your credit card when your order has been approved. The status will change from “Unpaid” to “Paid”.
How is my shipping carrier determined?
Our shipping carrier partner is UPS. It is important that you provide us valid shipping address for shipping to be calculated correctly.
What is shipping time?
Shipping time is apart from production time and it begins after production has been completed. Shipping time is the length of time which takes for the shipping carrier to deliver your order when it has been printed. Shipping time varies depending on our workload, your destination and the shipping method you have chosen.
When will my order be shipped?
We will ship your order after payment has been finalized and production is complete. You will receive an email notification once your shipment has been submitted. The email will include the tracking number so that you can track your package.
Why does the color of the printed product not match my submitted files?
We do not guarantee 100 % color match but we guarantee 85 % color match in accordance with industry standards. Furthermore, for a more accurate color depiction, our recommendation from you is to convert your file to CMYK mode .
Why am I getting an email saying that my files are corrupted when they seem to be fine on my end?
This might ocur because of your internet connection, or a glitch during the upload process. We highly recommend you that upload your files again or try another web browser.
Can I cancel my order?
Unless your order is approved and paid, you may cancel. If your order is already in print unfortunately it cannot be canceled.
What kind of paper stocks do you offer?
Specific to each product, paper stock varies. In order to refer to see what paper stock we offer, please visit order section of the relevant product.
Can I combine shipping of two or more order? Can I use my own shipping account?
We cannot store multiple orders as all orders are shipped individually because of extra vacant space issue. Currently, we do not accept personal shipping accounts.
Are there any limitations to the content that you print?
Printnowusa reserves the right not to print adult content, copyrighted material, discriminatory material, FDA material or Money.
Are there any special offers and can I get discount code?
Special offers could be found on the coupons page. All prices are subject to alter without notice. Aside from coupons page, When exclusive discount codes are at stake, we inform our customers by means of social media or e-mail.
What are saddle stitch and perfect bindings?
Saddle stitch binding is available for catalogs/booklets and calenders with up 96 pages – including cover. The pages are secured with staples down the middle of the fold. Perfect binding is available for catalog/booklets with 48 pages or more. The pages are bound to the cover and held together by a thin strap of flexible adhesive.
