Submitting your order is easy! Getting your files to us is completely hassle-free. Just upload your print-ready designs directly to the product page, and we will handle the rest.

We support industry-standard design formats, including Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), Illustrator (.ai), and Photoshop (.psd). To ensure your artwork is set up correctly, you can download print-ready templates in these formats directly from our website.

Maximum file size that you can smoothly upload at one time is 100 MB (megabytes) per file. If your file size is larger than 100 MB, you can upload the file on WeTranfer and share the link with us.

You can upload files up to 100 MB each directly through our website. For files larger than 100 MB, simply upload them to WeTransfer and share the download link with us.

In case there is a problem with your uploaded file, we send you a reupload link. You should reopload your files so that we can make sure they are ready for print. The email we submit will contain reupload link that updates your account with the new files automatically.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please note that we do not accept personal or business checks. If you prefer to pay directly via ACH transfer, please contact us by email beforehand to arrange payment.

We operate several ecommerce websites, and all products offered are custommade. Since each item is manufactured or prepared specifically according to the customer’s selected dimensions, specifications, colors, thicknesses, quantities, or other options, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once payment has been received and production has commenced.

Your card will be charged once your order has been reviewed and approved for production. At that point, your order status will automatically update from “Unpaid” to “Paid.”

We partner primarily with UPS to deliver your orders safely and reliably. To ensure accurate rate calculation and prompt delivery, please provide a complete and valid physical shipping address during checkout.

Your order will ship as soon as payment is finalized and production is finished. Once your package leaves our facility, we will email you a shipment notification containing your tracking number so you can follow its delivery progress.

Computer monitors display colors using RGB light, whereas commercial printers produce images using CMYK physical inks. Because screen calibration and print gamuts differ, we cannot guarantee a 100% exact color match, though we adhere strictly to commercial industry standards with an 85% or higher match rate. To achieve the closest possible color accuracy, please design and export your artwork in CMYK color mode before submitting your files.

While a file may display normally on your personal viewer, commercial prepress software reads underlying data structures—such as embedded vector paths, font encodings, and raster layers—much more rigorously. Files can encounter transmission drops during upload, or contain unflattened layers and missing font assets that prevent our automated RIP (raster image processor) from processing them. To fix this, export a clean, flattened PDF/X file or resave your document with outlined fonts before uploading again.

You can cancel your order at any point before it is approved and paid. Once payment is processed and your order moves into production, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as custom printing begins immediately.

We offer a wide range of paper stocks tailored to each specific product—from lightweight text weights to durable, heavy cardstocks and specialty finishes. To view the exact paper options available for your item, please visit the product page and select your preferences in the order calculator.

Due to facility storage constraints, each order is processed, boxed, and shipped independently as soon as it is printed, so we are unable to combine separate orders into one package. We also do not support personal shipping accounts at this moment, meaning all orders must go through our standard shipping options.

PrintNowUSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing prohibited material. We do not print adult or sexually explicit content, unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked assets, hate speech or discriminatory messaging, unregulated FDA or prescription-related materials, or simulated currency.

Perfect Binding: Best suited for thicker publications, catalogs, and books with 48 pages or more. The gathered pages are glued directly to a wraparound cover along the spine using a durable, flexible adhesive to create a flat, square edge.
